Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent professionals to join our Expert Network and help train AI models using real HR expertise. A 10–15 minute test determines fit, and successful applicants are invited to join and get paid for tasks.

Work involves evaluating AI outputs on job descriptions and compensation benchmarks, creating HR scenarios, data annotation, and compliance auditing. This is remote, with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
HR certification is highly preferred.
Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
Exceptional written communication with attention to detail in policy data.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.
Scenario creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios (performance cycles, benefits enrollment, investigations).
Data validation: annotate and label data across use cases (offer letters, leave, analytics).
Compliance auditing: provide structured feedback on HRIS and labor-law accuracy.
Framework collaboration: refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
