Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise.
• Deep background in areas such as Talent Acquisition or L&D.

Responsibilities

• Review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions and employee policies.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios for evaluation.
• Provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses about HRIS systems.

Skills
