Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional HR experience in a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking to translate HR workflows into evaluation tasks with clear feedback.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail when reviewing policy data.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance cycles and benefits enrollment.
• Annotate and label data across use cases, including offer letters and leave administration.
• Provide structured feedback on AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
