Job summary

Prolific is expanding its Expert Network to include HR and Talent professionals who will help train and evaluate AI models using real-world HR expertise. You’ll complete short tests to assess fit and, if successful, join Prolific as a paid participant working from home with flexible hours.

Participants are paid for tasks that may require one hour of uninterrupted work, with rates up to $50 per hour for quality evaluation and feedback on HR-related outputs.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid- to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear feedback.
• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy data.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance management cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations.
• Annotate and label data across use cases, including offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
