Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Professionals to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models using real people-operations expertise. If successful, you’ll join Prolific as a participant, with paid tasks that can be completed in a flexible manner from home.

You’ll review AI outputs, create realistic HR scenarios, and annotate data across HR workflows, including compensation benchmarking and policy interpretation, with compensation up to $50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Relevant HR certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking: translate HR workflows into evaluation tasks and provide clear feedback.
• Exceptional written communication with attention to detail when reviewing policy or compliance data.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Scenario creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios (e.g., performance management cycles, benefits enrollment, investigations).
• Data validation: annotate and label data across offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Compliance auditing: provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Framework collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
