Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets and/or graphics; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a broad range of end users.
• Must be detail-oriented, a strong team player, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures (e.g., address changes, application support, background check corrections, employee self-service support).
• Review and update key business processes and general master data components.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to improve support SLAs and KPIs.
