Tyson Foods is seeking an Advisor HR on 1st shift at the Tecumseh Plant to deliver process and transactional support for HR systems. You will be the first contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk-up support and basic HR inquiries.

Responsibilities include data entry, LOA navigation, and collaborating with the People Operations team to meet service levels; strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and excellent communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a relevant customer support role with data entry experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic navigation support for routine HR processes and correspondence.
• Handle high-volume walk-up support, calls, and case management for HR issues.
• Monitor HR inboxes, escalate to Centers of Excellence or HR leaders as needed.
• Assist with data intake, LOA support, and HR system navigation.
