Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Advisor HR for the 1st Shift at the Blountsville Plant. You will provide HR systems and process support via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk-up requests and data updates in HR systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in customer support, and proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint. SAP/HR or Workday familiarity is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic navigation support for routine HR communications.
• Update master data and support HR processes.
• Support HR inboxes and route issues to appropriate teams.
• Assist with LOA support and HR system navigation.
