Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine HR communications and processes.
• Manages high-volume walk-up and incoming support requests via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.
• Updates master data and assists with LOA support and HR system navigation.
• Monitors HR inboxes and escalates issues to Centers of Excellence or HR leadership as needed.
