Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR systems support specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes. You will be the first point of contact for users through case management via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, resolving first-level requests and assisting with LOA navigation.

The role includes handling high-volume walk-up support, updating personal information, and monitoring HR inboxes, escalating to Centers of Excellence or leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine HR communications per procedures.
• Reviews and updates master data and key business processes.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Responds to HR inboxes and elevates issues as needed.
