Tyson Foods Berryville Plant is seeking an Advisor HR for 2nd shift to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and case management via ServiceNow, chat, and phone. You will handle high-volume walk-up and phone support while updating HR data, LOA navigation, and inbox monitoring.

Requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in customer support; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years in a customer-support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic navigation support for HR systems via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.
• Handle high-volume walk-up and inbound support; update master data.
• Escalate issues to Centers of Excellence or HR leadership as needed.
