Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Advisor HR for the Hope Plant on 2nd shift to deliver frontline HR systems and transactional support. You will be the first contact for end users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling walk-up inquiries and basic data changes.

The role requires 2+ years in customer support, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong Excel/Office skills. You will work with the People Operations team to meet SLA targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a relevant customer support role and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic navigation and HR system support via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.

• Update master data and assist with data entry and LOA support navigation.
