Job summary

Tyson Foods in Loganport, IN is seeking an HR Systems Support Specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and serve as the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume walk-up support, data entry, LOA support, and collaboration with the People Operations team to meet SLAs and KPIs. Shift is 2 PM–10:30 PM, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic navigation support for routine HR communications.
• Review and update key business processes and master data.
• Collaborate with People Operations to meet SLAs and KPI targets.
