Kingsbury, Inc. is hiring an HR Programs & Systems Supervisor, based in Oshkosh, WI, with responsibilities spanning ADP, HRIS, onboarding, and LMS across PA, WI, CA, and Germany. The role drives system enhancements, project delivery, and standardized processes to support global HR operations.

You will lead onboarding, performance management, and learning programs, supervise two HR staff, and travel domestically and internationally as needed to implement enterprise HR initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 10+ years progressive HR experience.
• Advanced experience with ADP and HRIS administration.
• Experience in onboarding, performance management, LMS, and training.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• HR Systems & Technology: optimize ADP and HRIS workflows and integrations.
• HR Project Management: plan, execute, and evaluate HR initiatives.
• Orientation & Onboarding: standardize onboarding across locations.
• Workflow Development: build electronic forms and automated processes.
• Performance Management: administer enterprise processes and training.
• Travel: support enterprise HR across PA, WI, CA, Germany; occasional travel.
