Job summary

Kingsbury Companies, LLC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to own the employee experience, shaping onboarding, training, employee relations, and development programs across the company’s construction teams.

You will partner with the recruiting partner, manage onboarding through placement, administer training, handle employee relations with discretion, lead performance reviews and compensation benchmarking, and support DEI initiatives and HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional HR experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Proven experience coordinating onboarding, training administration, or employee development programs.
• Discretion and documentation in handling sensitive employee relations matters.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple HR processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the recruiting partner and align hiring priorities.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer to placement and ensure resources for new hires.
• Administer company training programs, tracking completion and development opportunities.
• Provide employee relations support and document concerns with sound judgment.
• Manage the employee review process and follow-up on goals and development commitments.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking for leadership and internal equity.
• Coordinate DEI initiatives and ensure compliant HR practices.
