Job summary

Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC in Lenexa, KS, is hiring a People Operations Partner to deliver day-to-day HR support and oversee onboarding, open enrollment, and policy updates. This fully onsite role partners with the Director of HR to build trusted programs across the organization.

You will handle employee inquiries, guide policies, assist with recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, data integrity in Paycor, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist/people operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with Paycor or other HRIS and reporting.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field employee and manager HR inquiries, triage issues, escalate as needed.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention activities.
• Support recruiting: screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation; support transitions.
• Assist with offboarding, including exit interviews and transition coordination.
• Maintain employee data in Paycor and ensure data integrity.
• Run and distribute routine and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Contribute to policy maintenance and handbook updates.
• Support annual performance evaluation processes and coaching.
