Oshkosh Delivery, an Oshkosh company, is seeking an HR Intern to support talent acquisition, development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. You will work under the guidance of HR professionals to assist with onboarding, documentation, and data analysis.

The role offers exposure to HR projects, policy administration, and cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong academic performance preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Support HR documentation and administrative tasks across functions.
