North Carolina A&T State University is seeking an HR Information Technology Manager to lead HRIS operations in a hands-on role. You will manage Banner HR and PeopleAdmin, oversee interfaces, reporting, and data exchanges, and coordinate with Central IT and vendors on complex technical needs.

The role emphasizes reliability of HR data submissions to the UNC System Office HR Data Mart and collaboration with HR Operations & Systems for governance and project direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field with 5+ years of enterprise information systems experience; or a master’s degree with 3+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HR information systems including administration, configuration, testing, reporting, interfaces, workflows, or production support.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or process improvements with functional users, IT teams, and vendor resources.
• Experience with HR reporting, data extracts, reconciliation, and recurring data submissions or interfaces.
• Strong MS Office skills, including advanced Excel, plus Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and operational support for HRIS.
• Administer Banner HR, PeopleAdmin, related HR applications, interfaces, reporting, and data exchanges.
• Collaborate with Central IT and vendor resources on platform development, integration, and complex technical needs.
• Ensure reliable and timely transmission of HR data to the UNC System Office HR Data Mart.
