Job summary

University of North Carolina at Asheville is seeking an HRIS Manager to serve as the university’s subject matter expert for HR systems and technologies. You will partner with IT and university stakeholders to implement, support, and optimize the ERP system and related HR applications.

The role oversees HRIS operations, projects, and data integrity, aligning system capabilities with policy and goals to improve productivity and HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Systems or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience supporting information systems, HRIS platforms, or related technical functions.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with enterprise systems and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collaborate across functional areas.
• Experience with HRIS administration and foundational knowledge of HR processes and data structures.
