North Carolina A&T State University seeks an HR Information Technology Manager to oversee Banner HR, PeopleAdmin, and related HR applications. You will partner with Central IT and vendor resources to ensure reliable HR data exchanges and reporting.

The role leads testing, configuration, interfaces, data submissions, and day-to-day system administration, while the Director provides strategic HRIS direction. This is a full-time, on-site position in Greensboro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or related field with 5+ years of enterprise HRIS experience (or master's with 3+ years).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HR information systems: administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, interfaces, workflows, or production support.
• Experience with system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or process improvements in collaboration with functional users and IT/vendor resources.
• Experience with HR reporting, data extracts, reconciliation, and recurring data submissions or interfaces.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel for analysis, reconciliation, and reporting; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day HRIS administration and issue resolution.
• Configure, test, and maintain HR systems and interfaces.
• Oversee reporting, data extracts, reconciliation, and data submissions.
• Collaborate with Central IT and vendor resources on integrations and enhancements.
• Ensure timely, accurate transmission of HR data to UNC System Office HR Data Mart.
