Job summary

UNC Asheville is seeking an HRIS Manager who will serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems and technologies, partnering with IT and campus stakeholders to optimize the ERP and related HR applications.

You will lead HRIS operations, manage staff, configure and maintain systems, ensure data integrity, and deliver reporting and analytics to support institutional people strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Systems or related field and 3 years’ experience in information systems or HRIS.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with enterprise systems and data management.
• Experience with HRIS administration and HR processes/data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS operations, configuration, maintenance, and advanced issue resolution.
• Collaborate with IT and campus stakeholders to optimize ERP and HR applications.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting, analytics, and system integrations meet needs.
