Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR systems/HRIS/HR tech experience, with manager/leadership.
• Hands-on Workday administration in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR technologies.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders on HR system initiatives, data governance and security.
• Build and govern HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting for executives and HR leaders.
