Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks a Manager, HR Systems & Analytics to lead global HR technology strategy, optimization, and analytics. Reporting to the Director, this role oversees Workday and related tools, partnering with HR, IT, Finance and business leaders to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.

Hybrid in-office/remote work with offices in Philadelphia, NY, or DC. You'll guide a team of analysts, shape governance, and drive process improvements across recruitment, onboarding,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR systems/HRIS/workforce analytics roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Hands-on experience administering Workday in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance, reporting, integrations, and HR technology best practices.
• Experience partnering with IT on enterprise applications, integrations, and security.
• Experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Workday certifications or advanced Workday knowledge strongly preferred.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Prism Analytics, or similar platforms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Workday operations and related HR technologies.
• Lead HR systems evaluation, implementation, integration, and support.
• Partner with IT on security, data governance, and architecture.
• Serve as strategic partner to HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on tech initiatives.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize processes.
• Manage system releases, testing, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with legal and data protection requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR technology and analytics.
