Job summary

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, support system configuration, and participate in agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, HR technology, or HRIS systems.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders and Product Owners to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops to define technology needs and solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, rules, use cases, and specifications.
• Support system configuration, design, development, and implementation activities.
• Evaluate solution options, data flows, risks, and system dependencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support ongoing product delivery.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and validate acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain relevant product documentation.
• Communicate technical impacts and recommendations to stakeholders.
