The role covers requirements gathering, data mapping, process redesign, and supporting SuccessFactors releases and incidents in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of related HRIS experience.
• Strong HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central experience.
• Experience with Compensation and Recruiting.
• Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate/advanced SQL and data analysis.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and scripting.
• Experience with Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
