Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, Talent, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Support configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
- Assist with UAT, issue resolution, and post-production support.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
