Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide guidance across Commercial, Operations, and Administration, partnering with leaders on strategic initiatives and championing SGWS culture.

This full-time role collaborates with cross-functional teams, influencing organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to drive business results and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects through full lifecycle and deliver impactful results.
• Ability to Travel: 5-10%
• Ability to challenge traditional thinking with constructive leadership courage
• Three years of progressive HR experience: Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance Management, etc.
• Proven success implementing core Talent Management processes.
• Ability to execute quickly, effectively, and consistently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Confidence interacting with senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with program leadership to influence and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Provide leaders with coaching, consultation, and guidance on people management and organization effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design and deliver HR solutions across Total Rewards, Performance Management, Talent Management, Staffing, Diversity and Inclusion, and Compensation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
