Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR systems and business analysis experience.
• HRIS experience with HR function understanding.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system needs.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and tracking initiatives.
• Ability to develop repeatable processes and UAT planning.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document HR stakeholder requirements.
• Translate needs into clear system requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and tech teams toward implementation.
• Track requirements, status, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Identify overlaps between HR projects and optimize handoffs.
• Develop repeatable processes for requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
