Job summary

TriNetX, LLC is seeking an HR Analyst to administer and optimize our HR Systems, with a focus on Dayforce (HRIS), SharePoint, and HR data integrations. You will ensure data accuracy, security, and efficient HR workflows across Finance, IT, Payroll, and other teams.

In this hybrid role, you will manage Dayforce configurations, user access, and data audits; maintain SharePoint sites; support Jira/Atlassian tools for HR processes; and drive automation and reporting to enable better people decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS or HR technology role.
• 2+ years with Dayforce or Workday.
• Proficiency with SharePoint administration.
• Strong data management and analytics capabilities.
• Experience with HR data integrations and APIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IS/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dayforce HRIS platform configurations, access, and data audits.
• Manage HR-related SharePoint sites, permissions, and improvements.
• Support Jira and Atlassian products to manage HR workflows.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Payroll to ensure data flows.
• Act as Dayforce support contact, troubleshoot, escalate.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes.
• Support HR reporting by maintaining data and building dashboards.
• Manage upgrades, patches, feature rollouts with IT.
• Document processes and data dictionaries.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Participate in HR tech roadmap planning.
