Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Charlotte, NC to support Dayforce and optimize our HRIS ecosystem. You will manage employee data, generate HR reports, and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to drive process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in HRIS/HR technology with strong Dayforce experience, plus solid analytical and communication skills. This position offers an on-site work arrangement with opportunities to enhance HR data governance and reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, or HR Technology experience.
• Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.
• Candidates with Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with reporting, auditing, and maintaining employee data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Human Resources Information System, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with Ceridian Dayforce. This role will serve as a key resource for HR systems administration, reporting, process improvement, and end-user support.
