Job summary

TriNetX, LLC is seeking an HR Analyst in Cambridge, MA for a hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite. The position supports Dayforce HRIS, SharePoint, and HR data integrations, acting as the technical resource for HR tech. Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support HR initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in HRIS/HR systems, Dayforce experience, and strong data management skills. Collaboration with Finance, IT, Payroll, and other teams is essential to ensure seamless HR data flows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an HRIS, HR systems administration, or related HR technology role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dayforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint administration.
• Strong understanding of HR data flows, system integrations, and data management best practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Payroll teams.
• High attention to data accuracy and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Dayforce HRIS platform: configuration, access, data entry, audits.
• Manage HR-related SharePoint sites and permissions.
• Administer and support Jira and other Atlassian products for HR workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Payroll to ensure data flows and integrations work.
• Be primary Dayforce contact; troubleshoot and escalate to vendors as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Support HR reporting and analytics with clean data and dashboards.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts with IT and Dayforce support.
• Document processes, configurations, data dictionaries, and integration specs.
• Ensure HR systems comply with data privacy regs and internal policies.
• Participate in HR technology roadmap planning and cross-functional projects.
