Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and leaders. You will partner with business leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service, using data-driven insights to drive business impact.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience, balancing strategic and tactical work while guiding on performance, culture, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and applying policies fairly while staying compliant.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development of teams.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while delivering high-touch service.
