ADP is seeking a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for Comprehensive HR clients, handling service requests for the WorkForce Now HR technology solution. You will collaborate with Resource Managers, Payroll, Benefits Specialists, and vendors to ensure a seamless client experience.

Your role focuses on helping clients, delivering clear communication, and maintaining high satisfaction scores in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• Experience with HR technology support is a plus.
• Strong communicator who can explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Proactively seek answers and solutions for clients and ADP, and initiate regular outbound communication to prevent issues.
• Educate and provide recommendations using ADP products and services to help clients understand value and best practices.
• Flex and Adapt: thrive in a structured, metrics-driven call center, manage priorities, multi-task, and stay up-to-date with ADP policy changes.
