ADP in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist to be the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients and manage service requests for WorkForce Now. You will work with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Specialists and vendors to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong client communication, the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven call center, and a passion for helping clients achieve success through ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• Experience noted above, OR military experience.
• College degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver for the client and ADP.
• Educate and provide recommendations on ADP products and services.
• Balance priorities in a metrics-driven, structured day with prompt follow-up.
• Collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Specialists and vendors as needed.
