ADP is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients using ADP's WorkForce Now. You will troubleshoot tickets, collaborate with the Resource Manager, Payroll and Benefits teams, and deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience accepted (military experience included).
• Payroll certifications and HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver for ADP clients.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations for best practices.
• Balance workload in a metrics-driven call center with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Solution Specialists and vendors to ensure a seamless client experience.
