Job summary

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist in Illinois to serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients and manage service requests for WorkForce Now (WFN). You will troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

In a metrics-driven call center, you will communicate clearly, build client trust, and adapt to changing priorities while upholding ADP's standards of service and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for ADP's Comprehensive HR clients and handle service requests for WorkForce Now.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operation.
• Collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits, and vendors to resolve client questions and improve processes.
