Job summary

ADP is seeking a Human Resources Solution Specialist to be the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients using ADP's WorkForce Now solution, delivering troubleshooting and guidance over calls and email. You will represent the client experience and uphold ADP's service reputation with professionalism and empathy.

You will collaborate with the Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Solution Specialists, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless client experience, supported by top-tier training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• College degree is nice but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include military experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. You will take the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations. You will leverage your ADP product and services knowledge to solve issues and recommendations for clients and leaders.
