Job summary

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant. This role acts as a trusted advisor to our clients, using HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges.

You will balance client satisfaction with ADP’s service standards, working closely with external clients and internal partners. The position emphasizes relationship-building, clear written and spoken communication, and ongoing training to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• Hybrid role: 3 days in the office (Alpharetta, GA or Miami, FL) and 2 days remote.
• College degree is great but not required; other experiences (e.g., military) considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products/technologies.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues with independence and proactive communication.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients and leadership on best practices.
