ADP is seeking a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary contact for ADP's Comprehensive Human Resources clients and work on support tickets for ADP's WorkForce Now HR technology solution.

You will partner with the Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Specialists, and third-party vendors to provide troubleshooting and a seamless client experience, with a focus on client satisfaction and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience
• College degree not required
• Comfort in a metrics-driven call center environment

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver, seeking answers and solutions for clients and ADP.
• Proactively initiate outbound communication to identify problems and offer solutions to improve HR operations and policies.
• Educate and provide recommendations using ADP knowledge to resolve issues and train clients on best practices and solutions.
