Job summary

ADP is seeking a Human Resources Solution Specialist in Tempe, AZ to serve as the primary contact for our Comprehensive HR clients and manage service requests related to WorkforceNow HR solutions.

You will work with the assigned teams to troubleshoot, educate clients on product value, and provide actionable recommendations. A structured, metrics-driven environment with strong client communication will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience accepted such as military service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ADP's Comprehensive HR clients and manage service requests for WorkforceNow HR solutions.
• Collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Solution Specialists, and vendors to troubleshoot and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Proactively identify problems and offer solutions to improve HR operations and policies.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations based on client input.
