Job summary

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist to be the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients and manage service tickets for WorkForce Now. You will partner with the Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Solution Specialists, and third-party vendors to provide troubleshooting support and a seamless client experience, protecting ADP's service reputation.

In a metrics-driven call centre, you will communicate clearly by phone and in writing, build rapport, and balance multiple inquiries

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• Strong communication skills for phone and written dialogue.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven call centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Proactively seek answers and solutions for clients and ADP.
• Educate and provide recommendations using product knowledge to assist clients.
• Flex and adapt to a structured day, balance multiple inquiries, and follow up promptly.
