Job summary

ADP in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients, handling WorkForceNow service tickets and ensuring client satisfaction through knowledgeable guidance.

You will collaborate with the Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot, provide solutions, and deliver a seamless client experience in a metrics-driven call center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• College degree is great but not required; skills to do the job are more important.
• Military Experience is valued and recognized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ADP's Comprehensive HR clients and work on service tickets for WorkForceNow HR solution.
• Collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Solution Specialists, and vendors to troubleshoot and ensure seamless client experience.
• Proactively initiate outbound communication to identify problems and offer solutions to improve HR policies and procedures.
