Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email.
• Review client data using Paychex sales tools.
• Create proposals from meeting insights.
• Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate.
• Project a positive image when engaging with clients.
• Meet with manager weekly to review performance.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on HCM solutions.
• Ensure timely submission of sales paperwork.
• Continuously sharpen sales skills.
