Job summary

Paychex is revolutionizing how businesses manage payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services within a unified HCM platform. The Sales Representative will drive expansion within existing clients and new accounts by prospecting, presenting Paychex solutions, and closing deals.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, attend partner meetings, and maintain accurate sales documentation while pursuing personal and district quotas. A 3+ year track record in B2B sales is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B inside or outside sales experience.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, IT or Professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule daily quality meetings.
• Prepare for discovery meetings, uncover client needs, and propose Paychex solutions with partners as needed.
• Create proposals from insights, follow up on solutions and pricing, and secure decisions.
