Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business‑to‑business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT, Professional Services.
• Ability to lead consultative, value‑driven conversations beyond payroll into broader HR solutions.
• Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision‑makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client‑focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
