Inova Health seeks an HR Shared Services Lead to drive onboarding, coaching, and escalated issue resolution within a on-site, full-time role. The position emphasizes collaboration across support teams, quality coaching, and partnership with leaders for performance reviews.

Preferred candidates bring experience with Oracle and ServiceNow, plus at least one year of HR experience and prior supervisor-level responsibility.

Qualifications

Onboarding and training of new team members.
Handle escalations of complex customer concerns.
Provide customer experience mentoring as needed.
Collaborate with support team and leaders to improve performance and operations.
Coordinate activities of team members.
