Job summary

Inova Health is seeking an HR Shared Services Lead to join our team for a full-time day shift (Monday–Friday). The role focuses on onboarding, coaching, and resolving complex customer concerns, while partnering with leaders to drive performance and service improvements.

The ideal candidate has HR experience, some leadership exposure, and familiarity with Oracle and ServiceNow systems. This position supports our national healthcare mission inside the Inova Health network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Oracle and ServiceNow preferred.
• At least 1 year HR experience; supervisor/team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and training of new team members.
• Handle escalations of complex customer concerns.
• Provide customer experience mentoring as needed.
• Collaborate with support team and leaders to improve performance and operations.
• Coordinate the activities of team members.
• Monitor task completion and ensure performance goals are met.
• Conduct regular quality coaching and training.
• Provide feedback for annual performance reviews.
