The role emphasizes onboarding, handling escalations, and driving process improvements across support teams, with a focus on employee experience and compliant HR service delivery. This is a full-time daytime role with strong leadership potential within Inova's renowned health system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Oracle and ServiceNow systems preferred.
• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• Supervisor/Team Lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members
• Handles escalations of complex customer concerns
• Provides customer experience mentoring as needed
• Collaborates with support team and leaders to provide ideas to improve performance and operations
• Coordinates the activities of a team members
• Monitors task completion and ensures performance goals are met
• Conducts regular and meaningful quality coaching and training
• Partners with department leaders to provide feedback for annual performance reviews
