Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a dedicated HR Shared Services Lead to join our Virginia team. This full-time role is on the day shift, Monday through Friday, and focuses on delivering high-quality HR shared services across the organization.

As a leader within Inova Health, you will guide onboarding, employee relations, and performance coaching while partnering with department leaders to optimize operations and customer experience in a national healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members
• Handles escalations of complex customer concerns
• Provides customer experience mentoring as needed
• Collaborates with support team and leaders to provide ideas to improve performance and operations
• Coordinates the activities of a team members
• Monitors task completion and ensures performance goals are met
• Conducts regular and meaningful quality coaching and training
• Partners with department leaders to provide feedback for annual performance reviews
