Responsibilities

• Provides frontline support to colleagues by delivering real-time, accurate responses to inquiries about general HR issues, policies, and processes.
• Responds to telephone and written inquiries with current HR guidance and information.
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes and supports HR cyclical procedures and compliance.
• Collaborates with the HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Delivers professional, efficient service and manages expectations to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintains appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases.
